Full text
54. The executive committee, upon the recommendation of the committee, shall decide, in respect of any claim addressed to the fund exceeding $10,000, whether the claim should be allowed, in whole or in part, and if so, shall determine the indemnity. The executive committee may, if it considers necessary, consult with the syndic. The decision of the executive committee is final.
